Design Notes

Designed using Ribomaker and NUPACK. The sRNA was designed to target the 5'-UTR sequence in a mRNA that comprehends the ribosome binding site to the start codon. The target sequence is (in DNA): aaggaggacaaacatg. Contains the transcriptional terminator from B. subtilis rrnB. The anaylsis using NUPACK shows that this sRNA strongly hybridizes with his target.
